Job Summary

We are seeking a Risk & Incident Analyst to provide 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD) oversight across multiple sites in South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, and Ghana. This role ensures that all incidents, risks, and issues are captured, monitored, and mitigated according to our Incident Management policy and Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).

The ideal candidate demonstrates high integrity, analytical thinking, tenacity, and the ability to challenge stakeholders constructively to achieve the right outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the Incident Management process

• Assess, control, track, and report on all incidents and risks

• Liaise with the Global Incident Response Team for incident management

• Support business leaders in developing and implementing key controls and risk mitigation strategies

• Educate and guide business units on all elements of incident and risk management

• Produce Management Information (MI) for governance reporting

• Participate in internal and external audits

Requirements / Skills

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field

• C1 level in English (CEFR international scale)

• Ability to build strong relationships while maintaining 2LoD integrity

• Organized with excellent time management skills

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Ability to create and analyze Management Information (MI)

• Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments
