3. Intellectual Property Rights All content, including text, videos, AI-generated Preceptors, images, course materials, and logos, is the intellectual property of EarthTab Business School. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our content without prior written consent.

4. Use of AI Tutors Some courses and content on our platform feature AI-generated preceptors. These avatars are powered by artificial intelligence and are not real individuals. They are used solely for instructional delivery. Their output may be generated or pre-scripted and should be supplemented by additional study or verification if necessary.

5. Payments and Refunds Fees for our services or courses are clearly stated at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, all payments are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify our pricing or refund policy with prior notice.

6. Certificates and Accreditation EarthTab Business School offers professional certificates of participation or completion. Unless otherwise stated, these certificates are non-accredited and intended for personal and professional development purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability EarthTab Business School will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from: Use or inability to use our platform

8. Termination of Access We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to any part of the platform, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
