This Refund and Payment Policy outlines our terms regarding course payments, cancellations, and refund eligibility. By purchasing any course, service, or program through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. 1. Payment Terms All prices are stated in USD and must be paid in full before access to any paid course, certification or service is granted.

Payment can be made via approved gateways such as debit/credit cards, bank transfers, or third-party platforms.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation and access credentials (where applicable).

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to downloadable or viewable content: ⚠️ All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access is granted to course materials. However, under certain conditions, you may request a partial or full refund within 48 hours of purchase if: You have not accessed or downloaded any course content.

You have experienced a technical issue that prevented access and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

You were mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: You changed your mind after accessing course material.

You did not complete or participate in the course.

Dissatisfaction based on preference rather than failure of service delivery.

Any course purchased at a promotional or discounted rate.

4. Course Access Duration Some courses may have lifetime access; others may expire after a stated period (e.g., 3 months or 6 months).

You are responsible for completing your course within the given access window. No extensions or refunds will be provided after expiration.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in: Immediate suspension of your account

Permanent ban from future enrollment

Legal action to recover lost funds
