We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented Legal Adviser to support our legal, governance, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risks, and providing strategic legal guidance to support our growing operations.
Provide legal advisory services to support all operations of the bank.
Oversee corporate governance matters and ensure best practices.
Identify, assess, and manage legal and regulatory risks.
Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Conduct legal and regulatory research to inform decision-making.
3–5 years of experience in a similar legal advisory role.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and BL from the Nigerian Law School.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
Strong legal research skills with an innovative, solutions-driven mindset.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to align legal strategy with business objectives.
