Job Summary

Regolith Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate reporting to support business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and solid accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with regulations.

• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and forecasting.

• Ensure tax compliance and assist with filings.

• Support external audits and liaise with auditors.

• Develop and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

• Provide financial analysis and insights to inform decisions.

• Manage liquidity and tax-related responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role (1–10 years).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.).

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Owns a laptop for remote work.
