Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, business-oriented Legal Adviser to manage legal, governance, and compliance functions. You will provide strategic legal guidance to support operations and growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory services to support institutional operations.

• Oversee corporate governance and ensure best practices.

• Identify and manage legal and regulatory risks.

• Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct legal and regulatory research to guide decision-making.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.

• LLB degree and BL from the Nigerian Law School.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.

• Strong legal research skills, innovative and solutions-driven.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to align legal strategy with business goals.
